Suggested Repair & Maintenance

2-3 Year Solution:
Demo loose concrete, sand blast rebar, and hand patch the overhead spalls using an overhead repair mortar.

3-5 Year Solution:
After proper demo and prep work, apply a repair by shotcrete method (high velocity placement).

5-10 Year Solution:
Demo patch full depth, pour new fiber reinforced concrete, and apply a waterproof polyurethane traffic membrane over new concrete.
