With more than 25 years in the building industry, Ross has superior technical knowledge in the areas of parking structures and building façades. His background and skills are critical to Structurewerks’ exceptional track record in solving parking structure leaks and restoration issues and we count on his expertise for each and every project. Prior to joining our team, Ross spent 10 years as a union millwright in Local #2337—working with structural steel in industrial environments—and owned and operated a concrete and masonry company in Milwaukee for 16 years. As vice president and general manager of Structurewerks, Ross is responsible for sales and project management and ensures that we deliver not just “fixes” but real solutions to our clients.

Eric brings 21 years of waterproofing and restoration industry experience, making him a key team member in the Sales and Operations departments. His most recent experience as Branch Manager reinforced his skills in Business Development, Project Management, and Safety Management. He has held various positions ranging from Estimator to Vice President, making him the perfect blend for our team. Eric holds a BA degree in Economics, Business Administration from Coe College and has various affiliations positions such as Treasurer, President, and Board of Director. As Vice President of Sales and Operations, Eric is responsible for maintaining an integrated management approach to the Structurewerks solution based services.

Aaryn comes to Structurewerks with over 10 years of concrete repair and restoration experience, superior product knowledge, and extensive customer relations. Many of his problem solving services have been performed for industrial, municipal and commercial markets. His combined experiences in a variety of roles, which include being a Sales, Logistics & Purchasing Manager make him a solid fit for our dynamic Operations department. He majored in sales & business marketing from Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. As Director of Operations, Aaryn is responsible for managing projects, budgets, schedules, and safety.

Guy is one of the founders of Structurewerks. A graduate of the University of Colorado, he holds a masters degree in logistics and has been involved in the commercial construction industry for more than 25 years. After serving his country as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, Guy joined a major construction manufacturing company as a territory manager. Prior to founding Structurewerks he was a general manager at a restoration contracting firm. Guy’s educational and professional experiences have been excellent preparation for his current role, where he is responsible for ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Michele has an extensive background in the administrative and office management field and has been working with Structurewerks for over 5 years. She provides a wide range of office support for the team on numerous projects. She is also involved in project management, process improvements, marketing coordination and assisting in bookkeeping.
Christie comes to Structurewerks after working for a general contractor in the Milwaukee area for 3 years on a wide range of projects. She has experience in leadership roles, management, safety and customer service. Christie has earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology Management – Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is pursuing a Masters degree in the construction management field as well.
